Hello! I’m Neneh, an experienced support worker with a passion for helping others live fulfilling and independent lives.

Based in Croydon, I have worked with clients aged 1 to 60 with a range of mental and physical disabilities, including autism, intellectual disabilities, schizophrenia, acquired brain injury and Prader-Willi syndrome.

I have hands-on experience assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, administering medication), feeding, daily living skills (household chores, meal preparation, shopping) and transportation to appointments. I take pride in building strong, trusting relationships with my clients, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and empowered in their daily lives.

I am currently studying a Diploma in Health Sciences at La Trobe University, which deepens my understanding of health and well-being. My passion for fitness and wellness has also shaped my approach to care, as I believe in the positive impact of movement, fresh air, and healthy living on both physical and mental well-being.

In addition to my disability support experience, I have a background in hospitality, customer service and real estate, strengthening my communication, adaptability, and people skills.

In my spare time, I love spending time with family and friends, reading books that inspire personal growth and embracing the outdoors. I look forward to meeting you!

I have been working for the past 12 months supporting a client with high physical and psychosocial needs, which I find incredibly rewarding. I am passionate about helping people live their best lives and providing care that makes a real difference.

I am a parent of four children and enjoy family life, but I also love getting out and about whether it’s going for walks, enjoying the ocean, reading, listening to music, watching movies, or finding a great coffee. I am flexible and happy to travel to and from work, and I am excited to continue supporting people in the South East & Peninsula region.
